STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We offer returns on product (excluding special order deposits) in new and unused condition for 7 days from date of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that are damaged or used in a way that changes their value.
You can expect to receive your refund approval notice within 10-15 Business Days of the product being physically received at a NunuConcept location.
After your refund approval is confirmed, you can receive the payment within 25-30 Business Days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and if you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
NunuConcept will not assume the transportation or shipping charges for any items to be returned or exchanged.
Special orders are not refundable or voidable.
Refusal of delivery does not count as a return and will not qualify for a refund.
Nunuconcept reserves the right to keep special order description confidential.
