Our service has been developed with the intention to make sure that our customers satisfaction is our main priority. Whether it be to return an item or simply just get your money back for one, no matter the issue we will resolve it.

Please return your item(s) in an unused condition along with your order details inside or attached within 30 days. The Return Address is provided below.

Once your items are back in our warehouse, your refund will be processed on the same day. All funds are refunded back into the original payment method.

However please note that all returns are sent back to us at your own cost, unless the wrong item/s were dispatched by us, or the item/s were severely damaged in transit on their way to you. In these cases, if a refund is requested, we will refund the full price you paid for the order. If a replacement is requested, we will dispatch this at our cost.
